the 6 inches…

you find out… life’s this game of inches… so is football…
because in either game… life or football… the margin for error is so small…
one half a step too late or too early and you don’t quite make it…
one half a second to slow or too fast and you don’t quite catch it…
the inches we need… are EVERYWHERE around us…
they’re in every break of the game… every minute every second…

on this team we FIGHT for that inch…
on this team we TEAR ourselves and everyone else around un TO PIECES… for that inch…
we claw with our FINGERNAILS for that inch…
because we know…
when we add up…
all those inches…
that’s gonna make the FUCKING difference between winning and losing!
BETWEEN LIVING AND DYING!!!

I’ll tell you this… in any fight… it’s the guy who’s willing to die… who’s gonna win that inch…
and I know if I’m gonna have any life anymore…
is because I’m still willing… to fight and die… for that inch…

I wish I could stay and write… But it’s 2:26 in the morning and I gotta get up soon :] Perhaps tomorrow… ;]

long time…

It’s been a long time since I write anything… I miss it, but somehow can’t figure out what to write about. That’s why I’m just going to blurt out anything that comes to my mind… It’s how I got started with writing in the first place!

You always should start with the simplest things and work your way up to more complex stuff. It’s not really a good idea to start “big”…. Anything you want to do you start small, plan big and work hard. Trying to start big will most likely bring you failure. You’re welcome to try… I’ll be the voice at the end of the tunnel saying: “I told you so” and bringing you back to your feet. I’m not gonna let you stay there; in failure. I’ll pick you up, wipe the tears, give you new ideas and new momentum and send you on your way. GO AHEAD! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Life doesn’t happen around you… YOU make life happen!

Speaking of which… I think I want to write a story… So I’m going to end this blog entry… And start thinking about a nice story… See you soon :]
